You can browse without an account. If you create one, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or repeated fake orders.
2. Product information
We try to describe every product accurately, including pack size and price. Packaging, batch details and appearance can change from time to time, and screen colours may differ from the real item. The information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
Always read the label and leaflet supplied with the product before use. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you notice irritation, an allergic reaction or any other unexpected effect. If you have an ongoing health concern, including premature ejaculation, please speak to a qualified doctor.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We may change prices or correct pricing mistakes at any time before your order is confirmed. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may contact you to confirm it and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the order details.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days, but courier delays can happen, particularly around public holidays or in remote areas. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. In short: unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect, in which case please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
